International MBA - Cracow School of Business Cracow University of Economics

Study organization

  • International MBA studies are composed of four terms. During these terms there are classes divided into thematic blocks. Additionally the fourth semester is dedicated to the preparation of the thesis as well as strategic business game.
  • All thematic blocks are realized in English. The thesis is also prepared in English.
  • The programme consists of thematic modules including e.g.: integrated management systems, sales management, controlling, leadership, implementing change, financial management and human resources management in multicultural environment of labour.
  • Each module is led by academics of Cracow University of Economics, St. Gallen Business School and experts from enterprises who are engaged in a given issue in their professional work.
  • The classes are conducted in various forms, which allows to understand individual business processes, to exchange experiences with other participants of the programme, to know the specialists’ opinions and the latest trends in enterprise functioning.
  • Formula of the classes is largely focused on solving real business problems, courses in enterprises, study trips to Switzerland, cases and business games.

Classes include:

  1. lectures,
  2. exercises,
  3. case studies,
  4. virtual decision and simulating games,
  5. fields classes (integration and training trip) in Poland and Switzerland,
  6. visits to enterprises.
